Catherine has worked with multi-faceted organizations in the public, private and 3rd sector over 30-years. A selection of her clients include: Teaching and community hospitals in Ontario and Bermuda, many Ontario Government Ministries, mining/construction/industrials, automotive and manufacturing, financial institutions, technology and pharmaceuticals, and professional associations.
Catherine is a thought leader, International speaker and author. She is a co-author: Mentoring and the World of Work in Canada ; author, Cascade to Wisdom, and A Quick Guide for Mentoring Partners. She is a contributing author to: Successful Professional Women of the Americas: From Polar Winds to Tropical Breezes; Developing Successful Diversity Mentoring Programmes, An International Casebook, and The SAGE Handbook of Mentoring.
Catherine is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant, an honour bestowed on individuals for their contribution to their field of expertise, the profession, and to society; and an alumnus of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference.
